In his role with Dunbar Residential Investments, Zach Lucas has the responsibility of overseeing and implementing all acquisition and disposition related objectives. This includes focusing on asset sourcing, analysis and evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution and production. Over his career, Zach has played a direct role in transactions totaling over $1.5 billion, covering acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations. In addition to multifamily, Zach brings significant expertise in self-storage and retail asset classes.

Prior to joining Dunbar Residential, Zach held a similar position as Manager of Investment Properties at Western National Group (WNG). During his tenure at WNG, Zach was also heavily involved with asset management and ground-up development evaluations. 

Zach earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Planning and Development, with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the Varsity Men’s Water Polo Team, an Academic All-American and a four-time national champion.
