Henry joined Dunbar as an Analyst in 2024 supporting both the acquisitions and asset management teams across the firm’s core markets of Southern California and Phoenix.

In his role, Henry is involved in many stages of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting new opportunities to managing assets post-acquisition. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market data analytics, and the preparation of detailed investment memorandums. Additionally, he plays an active role in the due diligence process, coordinating third-party reports, reviewing tenant leases, and working closely with escrow and title to ensure seamless closings.

Henry earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He began his career with Dunbar as an intern before taking a gap year in Melbourne, Australia. Upon his return, he joined the Dunbar team full time and continues to take on more responsibility at the firm.
