Weston is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of assets, as well as underwriting, market analytics, and various asset and property management functions throughout Southern California and Phoenix. Weston specializes in the acquisition of properties in the Inland Empire submarket of Southern California.

Prior to Dunbar, Weston worked as a property manager at Davis Partners and as a sales associate at Marcus & Millichap. In these positions, Weston gained experience in a variety of real estate facets ranging from property management to investment sales of office, industrial, and multifamily assets. Through the course of his career, he has been responsible for the management of over seven million square feet of real estate for owners ranging from individuals to large institutional investors.

Weston received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and holds a California Real Estate license.
