Colby is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial and office investment opportunities throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Dunbar, Colby was a member of TA Realty’s acquisitions team, where he participated in over $1.8 billion of acquisitions across 39 transactions spanning industrial, multifamily, retail, and office properties throughout the Western United States.

Colby began his career at Berkadia, supporting one of the West Coast’s leading investment sales teams, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University.

As a Los Angeles native, Colby brings strong local market knowledge, institutional investment experience, and a relationship-driven approach that aligns well with Dunbar’s investment strategy.
