As property manager, Clayton is responsible for and oversees Dunbar’s Southern California Office/Industrial properties. Clayton assists with all day-to-day operations and leasing for the various properties to ensure the best performance for all assets managed by the Dunbar team. Clayton joined the Dunbar team in April 2022 with 9 years of property management experience. 

Prior to joining Dunbar, Clayton worked for a small property management company in Anaheim, California specializing in commercial business park associations. Clayton studied business at Arizona State University and currently holds a California Real Estate license.
