In her capacity as the property accountant, Myra takes responsibility for a range of financial tasks, including managing the residential tenant ledger reviews & security deposit refunds, maintaining accrual books, reviewing residential utilities expenses, conducting bank reconciliations, and providing support to the Controller and Accounting Manager as needed.

Before joining Dunbar in January 2025, Myra held a property accounting team lead role with a property management company in Long Beach and was an accounts receivable specialist with a logistics company in Rancho Dominguez. While living in the Philippines, she held a financial analyst supervisor role and project specialist roles for accounting integration projects in Manila.

Myra holds both Bachelor of Science degrees in Accountancy and Applied Economics from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. She loves series binging and quiet walks on the beach with her family..
